Greiner Packaging acquires 100% shares in Termoplast Grupa

Greiner Packaging International GmbH, an international group with 692m EUR sales revenues and over 4,900 employees worldwide, has acquired 100% of shares in Termoplast Grupa. Termoplast Grupa is the 49% shareholder of Greiner Packaging Slovenia, the leading producer of plastic packaging solutions in the SEE region that has two production plants located in Serbia.

Three SEE Legal member firms advised Termoplast Grupa on the transaction – BDK Advokati, Divjak Topic Bahtijarevic & Krka Law Firm, and SELIH & PARTNERJI Law Firm.
