Greek Gaming Industry – Are we Closer to a New Era?
The amendment of Greek Law 4002/2011 aims to put an end to the temporary licensing regime (which is in place since 2012) and foresees the granting of permanent licenses of five years’ duration for a live casino, live poker and betting, in order to modernise the current legal framework. A random number generated casino games are still controversially omitted.
