Ioanna is a partner at KG Law Firm specialising in project finance (including PPP transactions) and refinancing projects. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of legal advisory in the banking sector, focusing on corporate and project finance (mostly lender side) in the private and public sector (including privatisations and PPPs) in the energy and infrastructure projects as well as real estate. Ioanna has advised various financial institutions (Greek systemic banks and international banks including IFIs) in a number of complex and demanding transactions.
Tatjana Shishkovska
Tatjana is а partner at Polenak Law Firm with over 10 years of experience in projects focused on M&A, project finance, cross-border secured transactions, and financial arrangements of IFIs. She has corporate law background and academic interest in security agent matters and syndicated lending under the standard LMA agreements in Macedonian legal environment that gives her an excellent track record and know-how for transactions involving financing structures.
Adina Chilim-Dumitriu
Adina has over 23 years of experience in the legal profession and co-heads NNDKP’s Corporate M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices. She is renowned for handling large domestic and cross-border M&A deals and for advising on complex corporate/contractual projects. Adina has robust experience with commercial transactions and contracts structuring, drafting and negotiation and in-depth expertise in structuring and negotiating public contracts. She is particularly experienced in providing advice on matters requiring technical knowledge and abilities such as the ones in heavily regulated sectors as public procurement or telecommunications.
Ruxandra Maria Bologa
Ruxandra is a highly versed corporate lawyer with over 19 years of experience. She co-heads NNDKP’s Corporate/M&A practices Energy and Natural Resources. Ruxandra has been coordinating and involved in major M&A projects dealing with complex regulatory, corporate and commercial law issues, including in the successful completion of some of the largest/industry benchmark transactions rolled out in Romania. She has particular expertise in highly regulated sectors such as energy, with a specific focus on oil and gas, and has advised on a wide range of projects in the natural resources field, including mining.
Adriana Gaspar
Adriana is co-head of NNDKP’s Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement practices and is unanimously and independently recognised as an elite business lawyer. With over 28 years of activity in the legal field, she has earned undisputed respect for her wide-ranging experience in structuring cross-border and domestic transactions and investments as well as her valuable contribution to landmark projects. Adriana has also advised public and private sector clients in relation to some of the largest Romanian transport infrastructure development and financing projects, particularly in the areas of road infrastructure (motorway concession) and port/airport infrastructure.
Alina Radu
Alina is a seasoned banking and finance specialist with over 23 years of experience and heads NNDKP’s Banking and Finance practice. She contributed to and coordinated a wide range of sophisticated projects, including complex mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector, financing transactions, sales/acquisitions and development of real estate projects, complex contractual arrangements. Alina has assisted clients in more than EUR 5 billion worth of successfully closed finance transactions, advising on multi-jurisdictional or domestic financing and refinancing facilities and providing support on complex financing and security structures.
Tijana Kojovic
Tijana is founding and managing partner of BDK Advokati. Her legal background is diverse, and she is active in the firm’s transactional, antitrust and dispute resolution work, managing complex projects and personally advising on strategic matters. Tijana has particularly outstanding expertise in international arbitration. She has rich experience in banking and finance, as well as in insolvency law. Mia Kalas
