Our member firm Divjak Topic Bahtijarevic & Krka acted as legal counsel for the seller, Plava laguna d.d., in relation to the sale of the stunning four-star Hotel Bonavia, located in the heart of Rijeka, to Bonavia Rijeka d.o.o. Plava laguna d.d. manages an extensive portfolio of tourist facilities in Croatia, including hotels, resorts and camps.
DTB’s team, led by the Managing Partner Emir Bahtijarevic, was comprised of attorneys Sanja Novoselic and Barbara Simic. The team provided legal advice and support to the client in due diligence, negotiations, structuring of the deal, and preparation of all transaction and closing documents.
