DTB Advised M7 Real Estate in Croatian Acquisitions

Divjak, Topic, Bahtijarevic & Krka (DTB) advised the Croatian subsidiary of M7 Real Estate, a leading specialist in pan-European, regional, multi-tenanted commercial real estate and part of the M7 Investment Group of companies managing properties with a value around EUR 4.0 billion, with respect to the acquisition of two modern urban logistics assets in Zagreb on behalf of the CEREF II fund. Both properties are located in Slavonska Avenue, one of Zagreb’s main arterial roads, and comprise a total of c. 14,000 sq m GLA and c. 8,000 sq m GLA, respectively.

DTB’s banking and finance team led by partner  Martina Kalamiza supported by associates Marta Hren and Lorena Micik, advised the client with respect to the financing matters.
