Belgrade Waste Management PPP Deal Wins IFLR Europe 2020 Award in Project Finance
BDK Advokati is proud to announce that the project financing for the Belgrade waste management PPP project has received the IFLR Europe DoY 2020 award. Together with Clifford Chance, BDK Advokati has been representing IFC, EBRD and OeEB as lenders on this deal.
In accordance with its policy to take innovation as a key aspect when evaluating deals across Europe, IFLR awarded the Belgrade waste management PPP project for being “the first project of its kind in Serbia” that will be “establishing a useful template for other pathfinder projects”.
The award is a recognition to BDK Advokati’s Projects and Finance teams. BDK Advokati wishes to especially congratulate its colleagues Dragoljub Cibulic and Dragoljub Sretenovic for significant effort and expertise they contributed to this deal.
