KYRIAKIDES GEORGOPOULOS Law Firm advised Siemens Energy SA & Siemens Gas and Power Holding B.V. with regards to the corporate restructuring of the “Greek Energy Business”. In particular, the restructuring of the Greek Energy Business was effected through the spin-off of the “Greek Energy Business” from “Siemens Electrotechnical Projects and Products SA” and its absorption by “Siemens Energy SA”, which was specifically established for the purposes of this transaction. The transaction was completed on 1 April 2022, giving effect to the remainder of the 2020 worldwide internal restructuring (spin-off) of the Energy Business from “Siemens Group” to “Siemens Energy Group”.
