Greiner Packaging Acquires 100% Share Interest in Termoplast Grupa

Greiner Packaging International GmbH, an international group with EUR 692 million in sales revenues and over 4,900 employees worldwide, has acquired 100% of shares in Termoplast Grupa. Termoplast Grupa is the 49% shareholder of Greiner Packaging Slovenia, the leading producer of plastic packaging solutions in Southeast Europe that has two production plants located in Serbia and one in Slovenia.
