She has more than 25 years of legal experience, of which the first 12 years she worked at the Court of Appeals in Skopje, handling criminal, civil and labour disputes. The following 13 years she worked in the insurance sector, gaining diverse experience in managing the legal sector and working in different segments of law, especially in the areas of labour relations, corporate governance, contracts, drafting of internal by-laws, office and archival work, and compliance with legislation.

Tanja cooperates with the law firm’s clients and provides full support for issues related to labour relations, employment and management contracts, providing legal advice to domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of labour law, occupational health and safety issues, and conducting procedures involving disciplinary procedures, termination of employment and collective dismissals.
