Ioanna is the head of KG Law Firm’s Employment Practice. With more than 20 years of experience, Ioanna represents and guides leading foreign and Greek companies of various industries through the implementation of their HR strategic decisions, advising on all employment related issues from recruitment to termination.
She has developed a strong expertise in complex restructuring projects, individual and collective redundancies, collective bargaining at all levels, industrial relations with unions and works councils, as well as mediation and arbitration. Ioanna also guides the firm’s clients on the implementation of innovative forms of employment within the Greek legal environment.
Ioanna is also an active litigator, representing companies in their employment and social security disputes (individual and collective) before the competent courts.
