Our member firm Selih & partnerji has advised Westcon-Comstor, part of the Datatec Limited (JSE: DTC) (OTCQX: DTTLF), on the acquisition of the Slovenian company REAL security.
The acquisition represents a strategic step in expanding Westcon-Comstor’s and the Datatec Group’s footprint in the cybersecurity sector, while strengthening REAL Security’s position as a specialised distributor in the Slovenian market.
