Our member firm Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen acted as Romanian legal counsel to Globant, an IT and software development company present in 33 countries with more than 30,000 employees worldwide, throughout the entire merger process by which Globant IT Romania was absorbed by Pentalog Romania.
The transaction was part of a global decision designed to optimise and accelerate the expansion of Globant worldwide, including in Romania, following its acquisition of Pentalog in 2023.
