Our member firm Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm acted for the Ioannou Family and Donkey Hotels & Resorts in a strategic partnership entered into with funds managed by AZORA Gestión, S.G.I.I.C., S.A.U., forming a close-ended joint venture to own, manage and upgrade the hospitality assets of Donkey S.A., which will be used as the common platform to pursue further investments in Greece and potentially other neighbouring markets.
