The Greek Government Promotes the Use of Technology

General Meetings may take place through teleconference until 30 June 2020. The Greek Government, through the measures adopted for the protection of public health from Covid-19, promotes the use of technology in order to ensure uninterrupted decision making and the continuation of business operations, where possible. Particularly, from 20 March 2020 to 30 June 2020, all legal entities are allowed to conduct their shareholders’ or partners’ (depending on their form) General Meeting through teleconference, irrespectively of whether the relevant provision is included or not in the entity’s articles of association and other constitutional documents and provided the General Meeting’s invitation includes all necessary information and technical guidance for the teleconference to take place.
