The Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Appeals for the Rational Use of Internet
The Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CRA) invites all citizens, users of telecommunication services, to use the Internet rationally in the circumstances of COVID-19 and the declared state of emergency of natural and other disasters.
According to CRA, the provision of telecommunication services has been largely unhindered, but there has been a clear increase in the use of internet traffic.
It is recommended to avoid videoconferences for the purpose of online school, video, music and game downloading unless strictly necessary.
