BDK Advokati on the First SHRC Online Event

First Serbian HR Community online event “Remote Teams” was held on 20 March 2020. The topic was remote work and the challenges that such work provides. HR executives of over 100 companies from various industries attended the event.

BDK’s senior associate Nikola Cincovic spoke on legal aspects of remote work. He explained the legal framework and particularities of the employment contract for remote work, with special reference to employee rights, manners of supervision and reimbursement of costs. His presentation also covered the specific aspects of remote work such as ad hoc remote work, occupational health and safety and remote work during the state of emergency.

IBM, MICROSOFT and NORDEUS shared their experience, know-how and specific tips on setting up and leading remote teams, while Ph.D. Mina Hagen covered the psychological side of the topic by summarising specific psychological advice.
