Heinzel Group, one of the leading European pulp and paper manufacturers and traders and the leading power and automation technology group, desired to acquire an Austrian Holding entity, Energy Eastern Europe Hydro Power („EEE“). EEE has three subsidiary companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro, which are operating hydroelectric power stations (most of them in Macedonia) or pursuing respective projects.
